Attendance is a core requirement of Trades Success Club membership.
Our members are investing their time, trust, and referrals into one another. A member who does not attend cannot build relationships, receive referrals effectively, or contribute to the success of the group.
Attendance Expectations
- Attend every scheduled meeting.
- Arrive before the meeting starts.
- Stay for the full meeting.
- Participate positively and professionally.
- Notify the Leadership Team if unable to attend.
Maximum Absences
Members may miss a maximum of 3 meetings in any rolling 6-month period. Upon reaching 3 absences, membership will automatically be reviewed by the Leadership Team.
Consecutive Absences
- 2 consecutive missed meetings without a valid reason = formal warning.
- 3 consecutive missed meetings = membership position may be offered to another business.
Protected Trade Categories
Trades Success Club operates a One Trade Per Location policy. A member who repeatedly fails to attend meetings is preventing another business from benefiting from that protected position. Failure to attend regularly may result in immediate termination of membership, regardless of referrals generated or membership fees paid.
Substitute Representatives
Members may send a business partner, senior staff member, or designated representative who can professionally represent the business.
Membership Review
Membership may be reviewed where a member frequently arrives late, leaves early, misses multiple meetings, fails to engage, or demonstrates a lack of commitment to the club.
Leadership Team Authority
The Leadership Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where attendance falls below expected standards.
90-Day Probation Period
All new members are subject to a 90-day probation period. Attendance below 80% during this period may result in cancellation of membership without refund and the trade category becoming immediately available.
Our Philosophy
Trades Success Club is not a membership you pay for. It is a community you participate in. Members who consistently attend, contribute, and support others will gain the greatest benefit from their membership.
